Meet Stephen

The owner of SJP Construction, Stephen Perry, has been in the industry for over 15 years. Originally, from Miami, he started as an assistant superintendent in 2005, before becoming the superintendent on a variety of commercial projects. He became a licensed contractor in 2014.  Stephen believes in building to the highest standards with no shortcuts. He has constructed and remodeled homes in prestigious locations such as Palm Beach Island, Sewells Point, Coral Gables, Hobe Sound, and Jupiter Island. He just moved into the Vero Beach area and is looking forward to further expanding his business. He is a team player who would love the opportunity to show you what he means, when he says, "If you are going to build it, build it right!"
